The service

Kohral is a multi-tenant control plane for defining, deploying, and operating isolated AI-agent runtimes. It provides organization controls, credential references, runtime configuration, conversations, metrics, and orchestration across supported environments.

These terms apply to the hosted service. A separately deployed self-hosted installation remains subject to the software licenses and agreements selected by its operator. Additional written order terms take precedence if they expressly conflict with these terms.

Eligibility and authority

Kohral is intended for professional users acting for a business or organization. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and are legally able to enter this agreement.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect authentication and recovery methods, restrict credentials to authorized personnel, and notify valentin@pupucecorp.com promptly of suspected compromise. Actions performed through your organization are treated as authorized until you report and secure the account.

Acceptable use

You must not use Kohral to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade safeguards, gain unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, or operate agents for abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, or dangerous activity. You must comply with the rules of every model, runtime, and communication provider you connect.

You remain responsible for reviewing agent behavior, selecting appropriate permissions, obtaining necessary consent from people whose data is processed, and maintaining human oversight proportionate to the risks of your use case.

Customer data and credentials

You retain rights in the data, prompts, configurations, credentials, and other material you provide. You authorize PUPUCE CORP to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your analytics choice.

You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis required to provide this material and connect each account, channel, model, or runtime. Keep independent copies of material that you cannot afford to lose and do not submit secrets outside the designated credential controls.

Third-party services

Kohral depends on services you select or that are required for hosting, including OAuth, payment, email, infrastructure, model, runtime, and communication providers. Their terms, availability, pricing, and data practices apply independently. PUPUCE CORP is not responsible for changes or failures outside its reasonable control.

Plans and billing

Hosted plans, trial periods, capacity, taxes, and recurring charges are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew according to the billing period presented at purchase until cancelled through the available billing controls or by contacting us.

Unless mandatory law or a written offer provides otherwise, charges already incurred for an active billing period are not refundable. Failure to pay may suspend paid workloads while preserving data only for the retention period communicated in the service.

Intellectual property

PUPUCE CORP and Kohral contributors retain their respective rights in the service, branding, documentation, and software. The public Kohral source code is licensed under its repository's Apache-2.0 license; access to hosted infrastructure and services is governed by these terms rather than that source license.

Kohral integrates independent third-party runtimes and providers. Their names, software, content, and services remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses. Kohral is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, GitHub, model providers, or runtime projects unless expressly stated.

Beta status and availability

Kohral is a pre-release service. Features, supported runtimes, limits, and interfaces may change. Maintenance, provider incidents, capacity limits, and security measures may temporarily interrupt access or agent operations.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the service is provided without a guaranteed service level. PUPUCE CORP will use reasonable care in operating Kohral but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Kohral and cancel paid service through the available controls or by contacting us. PUPUCE CORP may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or unsafe use, non-payment, security risk, or discontinuation of the beta. Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the retention period shown in the service.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, PUPUCE CORP is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss caused by third-party services, or decisions made solely by an automated agent. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability allocation must be agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Subject to mandatory rules, disputes between professional parties fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts for the registered office of PUPUCE CORP.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Kohral develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be announced through the service or account contact details. Continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
